Go green with e-statements! As a BOC customer you can now choose to receive your bank statement online instead of by mail as a paper document. E-statements are electronic copies of your account statement that you can view, search, save and print online.

e-statements are:

  • FAST – e-statements are available online days sooner than paper statements arrive by mail.
  • CONVENIENT – e-statements are archived for 12 months! No more storing old statements or copies of your checks, we store them for you online.
  • SECURE – access your e-statement using your secure account log in. E-statements are not sent by e-mail or by paper to an unsecure mailbox. A notifcation e-mail will be sent to let you know that your e-statement is available, but lists no sensitive account information.
  • ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY – e-statements save paper and, ultimately save trees.

Your e-statement looks just like your paper statement. They have all information that is found on your current statement, and if you want a hard copy you can print it or save it on your computer.

By signing up for e-statements, you will not receive any further paper statements or check images by mail. You will access your statements and view your check images through BOC online banking. You will be able to view your back statements online for up to 12 months.
