Lost or Stolen Card

Notify the bank at once if you believe your card has been stolen, or if you think someone has or may try to transfer money from your account without your permission. Please call BOC at 354-3030 during regular business hours. After hours, please call the TransFund Hot Card Line at 1-800-791-2525. If you call the TransFund Hot Card Line you will still need to follow-up with a call to Bank of Commerce on the next business day.
